DA-04 polishing pad
DA-04 foam pad has been developed to enhance the performance of PAICAR 04 extra-fine refinishing polish, especially when used with a rotorbital polisher. The green foam of the DA-04 pad is designed to remove light dullness, as well as small defects and fine scratches, working effectively on most paints on the market.
A soft foam was selected for the DA-04 pad, with density and PPI (pores per inch) features which guarantee high durability, absolute stability, conservation of its shape and hardness throughout the entire polishing process, and a homogeneous processing, without “jumps”.
Combined with PAICAR 04 extra-fine refinishing polish, the green DA-04 pad ensures a superlative finish and allows to achieve a glorious gloss. Its structure is also designed to optimize the application of waxes as evenly as possible, when the surface is already well-polished and does not need rework.
The particular shape of this pad is designed to better “follow” the rotorbital movement and at the same time to allow less accessible and narrow areas to be polished, reducing the risk of overheating the surface or “burning” it. The height of 25 mm facilitates the operator’s sensitivity and allows a more stable and vibration-free process.
It is also to this end to keep temperature at its lowest that an open-cell foam was selected, which allows heat to disperse, keeping the surface cooler during the polishing process.
