DA-01 foam pad has been developed to enhance the performance of PAICAR 01 polishing compound, and achieve the best results
The red foam of the DA-01 pad is designed to remove oxidation and very deep scratches quickly, working effectively on most paints on the market.
A hard foam was selected for the DA-01 pad, with density and PPI (pores per inch) features which guarantee high durability, absolute stability, conservation of its shape and hardness throughout the entire polishing process, and a homogeneous processing, without “jumps”.
Combined with PAICAR 01 polishing compound, the red DA-01 pad ensures a powerful level of cut: it allows to “flat down” defects and scratches which would be hopeless to remove with softer foam pads. For this reason, DA-01 pad is often used with a rotary polisher, to further enhance its cutting power.
However, the particular shape of this pad is designed to be combined also with a rotorbital polisher, allowing to polish less accessible and narrow areas, reducing the risk of overheating the surface or “burning” it. The height of 25 mm facilitates the operator’s sensitivity and allows a more stable and vibration-free process.
